General Information
OWNER – is someone who owns a property at Lake Crackenback Resort (The Resort) ie Apartment, Chalet or Business.
GUEST – is someone who is staying with an Owner or someone who is paying to stay in an Owner’s property at The Resort.
VISITOR – is someone who purchases a DAY PASS to use approved facilities at Lake Crackenback Resort. For more information go to “ACTIVITIES”
PETS – Registered pets only are allowed on Lake Crackenback Resort grounds. For more information please go to “PETS”
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OWNERS, GUESTS AND VISITORS
We request that you respect the unique environment at Lake Crackenback Resort and follow the direction of signs and SP37248 team members to ensure the peaceful and shared enjoyment for all owners, guests and visitors.
Lake Crackenback Resort is under the Inclosed Lands Act, it is an offence to enter the property without permission or another lawful reason. If you are on the grounds without approval, you are trespassing. Trespassers will be prosecuted. By order of the SP37248 Strata Committee
ALL OWNERS, GUESTS AND VISITORS TO LAKE CRACKENBACK RESORT (The Resort) must check-in with the Activate Centre prior to engaging in any of the activities provided by the Resort.
Activate is located in Harro’s Sports (next to reception).
