Pets at the Lake Crackenback Resort

The Resort is in a sensitive natural environment and while Owners keeping domestic pets at the Resort is discouraged by the Strata Committee, a strict annual permit system has been introduced to minimise the potential harm on that environment of Owners keeping pets.

The Strata Committee has developed rules to reasonably accommodate Owners (not tenants, visitors or holiday renters) to enjoy the rights afforded them under the pet by law introduced in November 2021 to keep domestic pets at Lake Crackenback Resort (Resort).
Pets approved to be in The Resort, will wear a coloured tag for identification and must be accompanied by their Owner and on a lead at all times.
Guests and Day Visitors are not permitted to bring a pet onto Lake Crackenback Resort grounds.
