Village Beach

These facilities and watercraft are for the use of Owners and guests only.
All Owners and Guests to The Resort must check-in with the Activate Centre prior to engaging in any of the activities at the Village Beach.
The right to use the Village Beach facilities is given on the basis that the user acknowledges the dangers associated with their use and assumes all such risk.
The user acknowledges that Strata Plan 37248 does not offer instruction in relation to these facilities and watercraft.
Any person permitting children to use these facilities and watercraft assumes all responsibility to adequately supervise their safety.
WARNING
No lifeguard on duty.
Life jackets must be worn when using the watercraft.
Children under the age of 16 should not use the beach area without an adult in attendance.
Adults should not swim alone.
